Fake Wasabi

Finally, someone is challenging the use of the term Wasabi for imitation products that are made out of horseradish, mustard and some chemicals.  Gilbert Travis Hernandez has filed a class action lawsuit against Blue Diamond Wasabi Almonds because their product contains no real Wasabi.  You can read about this story at Top Class Actions.
